Is it really free to sell?
Yes. Opening your store and listing products is free, with no monthly fee. You pay a flat 4.5% platform fee only on online orders from your own customers. When Kwikza brings you a new customer through the app, the fee is 10%.
I don’t have a shop. Can I still sell?
Yes. Home kitchens, home bakers, makers and Instagram sellers go live the same way as shops. All you need is your phone.
I’m not good with technology. Will I manage?
Take a photo of your menu or price list and Kwikza adds your items for you. To change anything later, just ask KwikBot in Hindi, Marathi or English.
Who delivers the orders?
You choose. Book a Kwikza rider in one tap (up to 15 km), send your own delivery person, or let customers pick up from your counter.
How will customers find my store?
Every bill you send on WhatsApp carries your store link. You also get a QR code for your counter, a link for Instagram, and your store shows up for customers nearby in the Kwikza app.
How fast do customers get their order?
Most orders arrive in about 25 minutes, and every order arrives within the hour. Customers can track the rider live.
